Gentle Yoga is a wonderful way to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, gently increase energy, and reduce stress. This is an excellent class style for students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class, and for students who may be starting out in their yoga practice. (Open to all levels of experience)
