Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Chair yoga gently increases strength, balance, and range of motion while supporting the body safely through yoga poses. 

 A consistent practice can can help to relieve pain, enhance the ability to manage stress, improve concentration, and deepen a sense of connection with others.

Chair yoga is an excellent option for individuals who are recovering from an injury, experience chronic pain, mobility limitations, or issues with balance.
